thank you for asking for a feedback, that's very professional. i had my three tours (Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou) with Leigh. i was very pleased with these tours despite the hot weather. Leigh's English is very good and allowed us to have some very nice discussions about the various places where we went, and about your country. at the end of the first day, as i told my cosins about what i saw in shanghai, they were pretty amazed that we've been in so many places ! that's a good point it was the same for the next 2 tours, very efficient. if a had a point to highlight, it would be that what we didn't see everything that was in the book but i guess it's not possible in such a short time. anyway, i was very pleased and suggested to my family to use your service if necessary. have a nice day Guillaume Roy (France)
I just talked to Mrs Kellam and she thought that Michael was wonderful and they would not have had the trip they did without him.They were impressed by his knowledge and that he knew his way around the Expo so they could see all that they did. Alslo, he was willing to stay with them until their day was over.I was impressed by him too.He contacted me at least 3 times and then we arranged for him to meet the Kellams in Shanghai at their hotel and Michael took it from their.He made their trip extra special for them, so thank you for recommending him to us. Our tour guide is Min Min. To Whom It May Concern; I have been in the travel Industry for many years and traveled all over with world with Private Drivers/ Guides.Never have I had the pleasure of having a more attentive ,bright ( pre bought all our tickets),Knowledgeable about all our needs, responsible person escort me and my clients any where in the world.Anything she told us NOT to do ,but we had heard and read not to miss and we insisted on going. We went and she was right. Even the EXPO she said was not for us . The lines were wrong and the exhibits were 8 minute film clips for the average Chinese person who would never get out out China. a restaurant we read NOT TO MISS . She told us it was not great . Only go for a drink. We went and ate. It was not even mediocre. She took us to great local places to eat .We were staying at the Peninsula so we had plenty of gourmet food .She took us shopping and got us the BEST prices she was the best thing that happened to us in Shanghai and on our Asian trip for 3 weeks. . Thanks for the email and the opportunity to provide feedback on the guiding service offered by both Leigh and Michael. I found Leigh to be very punctual, well-dressed, polite and courteous. She was very knowledgeable and my family enjoyed her company. Leigh’s English language skills are very good. I really enjoyed Michael's company on the day his spent with us. He had obviously spent time researching suitable spots for us to visit, especially as we really wanted to see some silk embroidery. As with Leigh, Michael was very polite, courteous and well mannered. Michael's English skills, spoken and written were also of a high standard.
